Solicitud de verificación al cumplimiento de la Sentencia T-376/12.

Se solicitó a la Corte asumir la competencia del seguimiento para verificar el cumplimiento de algunas órdenes impartidas en la providencia de la referencia y hacer una vigilancia especial para que la misma se cumpla.

La Sala no evidenció ninguna de las circunstancias que de manera excepcional pueden habilitar la competencia de la Corporación para verificar el cumplimiento de sus fallos y, en consecuencia, decidió declarar IMPROCEDENTE la petición formulada.
